We are a family business and always listen to you, our customers and if possible implement.
Based on your feedback, we are changing the way we do our bookings for the September 2018 term.
We have always allowed 3 weeks to re-book lessons. We have done this for over 40 years but this was of course before the internet!
Customers have not liked that bookings are left unconfirmed, however with our new system, which we will try for next term, customers will be able to receive confirmation instantly.
We would like to thank current customers for their loyalty and will be given priority booking first.
Please see below our new booking process:
Week 1 : Monday 4th June to Sunday 10th June 4pm - this week will be for Existing customers who wish to stay at the same day, time and pool. We will also like to invite the addition of siblings which will be confirmed in Week 2.
Week 2 : Monday 11th June 12noon to Sunday 17th June 4pm - this week is for Existing customers who wish to change day, time and pool. We will confirm siblings at this time.
Week 3 : Monday 18th June onwards - this will be for new customers to book the remaining spaces once we have confirmed our current customers.
Lessons can be booked online at www.swimoakleighpark.co.uk or at the pools in person.
We understand that this now makes it one week for customers to rebook existing times. Please make sure you take advantage of your priority booking week so you do not lose your time. Staff will be handing out letters, signs will be up and we will be wearing bright t shirts to remind all!
