Our Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the benefits of
water.
Low impact workouts fighting against the push of the water help activate and build muscle strength
and boost endurance.
Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles.
Water pressure aids less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body.
Help you to improve your overall fitness.
Typical classes will involve all the exercises you would expect in a standard ‘dry’ class. But you
exercise in water.
A fun activity in the water that can be as challenging as you like.
